We hired a guide, Moses to take us to all (3) waterfalls, ... |

Arriving at the base of the lower Sipi Falls. |
Sipi Falls is located at the base of Mt. Elgon. |

We leave Sipi Falls at 10:30am and head for Jinja on Lake Victoria. |
Here we visit the SOURCE OF THE NILE and ... |
... took a picture of the Speke's sign. |
11km north of Jinja are the BUJAGALI FALLS. |
We set up camp at the Nile River Explorers Campground, ... |
... located directly on the shores of the Bujagali Falls. |
The wooden deck from the restaurant was perfect to watch the sun set. |
Dec. 23, 2007. From Jinja we are on the road to Hoima, stopping to buy some banana's on the side of the road. |

Dec. 24, 2007. We signed up for a (3) hr boat tour up the Victoria Nile River. A globe indicated our current location. |

Here are some Hippopotamus facts. |

They can be as large as 3m long, 1.5m wide and ... |
... are the 3rd biggest land animal. |
Adults hippos weigh up to 3200kg. |

Crocodiles taking in the morning sun. |
Most hippos only expose their noses. |
They clearly know we are there as they watch us. |
Crocodiles do not eat hippos, ... |
... that is why they can live together at close proximity. |
The birds pick ticks out of the back of hippos. |

We set up camp at the Park headquaters, but there is no opening to see the gorillas (See Rwanda for gorilla pictures). |
The terrain through the park is steep and the forest dense. |
